Testing technicians can induce an ultrasonic signal into a doublewall tank's anular space. By using a specialized ultrasonic detector, they can detect minute permeations in the primary containment wall.

An optional 18 inch industry standard manway with an 18 bolt cover can be retrofit welded to any single or double wall steel tank.

RepairTank bottoms in above ground atmospheric storage tanks (ASTs) are susceptible to both external and internal corrosion. Our crews can repair permeations in tank bottoms in accordance with API Standard 653, "Tank Inspection, Repair, Alteration and Reconstruction", without undue costs or prolonged tank downtime. After necessary repairs are performed, layers of hand laid fiberglass mat and resin (FRP) are installed onthe entire tank bottom to extend the tank's useful life.
